get_region() now finds tectonic plates whose name contains a space
(e.g. "Aegean Sea Plate", "North America Plate"); 16 of the 52 plates were
not found before and gave an unrelated error. Plate names with an
apostrophe (Niuafo'ou) and several plates at once also work.
